Prayer in time of uncertainty

Almighty Father I come before you,

trusting your word that you hear,

all prayers from an honest heart,

for I know that my sins are great,

and no words can express my regret,

because of my fallen ways,

the paths I have chosen led me here,

to your grace oh Lord,

asking your pardon for my mischief,

and for your help in this uncertain time,

for fear has gripped my heart,

and I face my mortality,

Help me, Jesus,

fill me with faith and hope Lord,

Strengthen me with your word,

I pray for forgiveness of my sins,

Don't cast me out,

for I will perish without you,

remember me, my father,

provide for me a sanctuary,

that I may be safe during this period,

and protect my family and friends from this pandemic,

My hope is in you, God,

In Jesus' name, I pray...Amen.
