The plight of the Youth

"Youth has no age" Pablo Picasso.

It is said that the youth are the future,

but what about the present,

how do we mold them to become rulers,

when we don't give them a chance.

You see people have a perception,

that the older you get,

the better you become,

just like hidden treasures,

without no measures.

So they leave out the younger,

generation who are hungry,

and opt for the older,

generation who are wiser.

Coz nobody trusts youngsters,

but we put them to work,

without pay living up to the motto,

"Kazi kwa vijana, pesa kwa wazee."
