Let me tell you about guard who stole my heart,

My name is Bernard,

i am a bit of a nerd,

one day i was walking in the yard,

when i saw this lady guard,

She caught me off guard,

when she scared me with her sword,

It was sharp and pointy, made me stare

at her beautiful bold face,

i was intrigued, she was magnificent,

a blend of fiery and pretty,

my heart skipped a beat,

probably coz i was scared of her,

but i felt a chill down my spine,

it was thrilling to see her look so bad.

She stopped me,

but i was caught in a daze so i smiled her way,

i could tell she liked me as well,

but she didn't have time to waste,

so i calmly asked her the way,

she pointed the other side and lead the way,

we reached the gate and she let me walk away.

The next day,

i passed through the same place,

trying to get a glance of her face,

but she was nowhere to be found,

i tried to ask the other males,

but all i got were weird stares.

they chased me away,

so i left but i didn't give up.

I waited for her daily,

as i passed there daily,

then came this fateful day,

when i saw her from a mile away,

she wasn't in uniform like always,

it was in the canteen, so i ran up to her,

not caring if it looked strange,

i asked her, her name

then when she replied i said,

i liked her and wouldn't leave,

until she agreed to go with me on a date,

she brushed me of at first,

but i showed her the bunch of flowers,

i carried daily for her in my car,

with a cute note of course,

so she said yes!
